After 58 years of funneling taxpayer dollars into ideologically captured public media, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting is gone. Congress rescinded its funding. Its board voted to dissolve. It ceased operations in January 2026. The longest-running subsidy of progressive media bias in American history is over.
